We want you to be completely satisfied with GritShip. If you're not happy with your Pro plan for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@gritship.com with the email address associated with your GritShip account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your Pro plan will be cancelled and your account will revert to the free tier.
  • Your workspaces, projects, and tasks are not deleted — you keep your data and can continue using GritShip on the free plan.
  • Pro-only features (recurring tasks, calendar view, subtasks, export, and guest access) will become inaccessible until you resubscribe. File upload and storage limits revert to Free plan levels.

Refund Processing

All payments are processed by Freemius, Inc. (merchant of record). Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After the 14-Day Window

Refund requests made after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a prorated refund.
